GIVEAWAY ENTRY START/END DATES: No purchase is necessary to enter the Giveaway. The giveaway begins at 12:00:00 am (midnight) Pacific Time on September 30, 2019, and ends at 11:59:59 pm Pacific Time on November 7, 2019 (“Nomination Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open solely to legal residents of Riverside or San Bernardino Counties. Participants must be a U.S. military veteran and homeowner, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Winning resident’s home must qualify for a solar system. The roof must be in a serviceable condition with an estimated remaining lifespan that meets or exceeds 5 years. Some specialty roof types, such as real slate, are not suitable for rooftop solar installations and unfortunately cannot be considered.

REQUIREMENTS OF ENTRIES: To be eligible to win the 8 Panel Solar System Giveaway Prize, participants must be nominated using the “Nominate A Veteran” form on the website. Once a participant is nominated (provided they meet the eligibility requirements), they will automatically be entered into the Giveaway Prize Pool. To qualify, the participant must be a U.S. military veteran, reside in and own a home in Riverside or San Bernardino County.

PRIZE SELECTION/ODDS: At the end of the Nomination Period, one winner will be chosen to receive the prize. This winner will be chosen based on his or her merits and eligibility in compliance with these rules.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The name of the winner will be announced on November 11, 2019. The recipient will be notified via phone and/or e-mail. After initial contact has been made, subsequent communication may take place via e-mail or telephone. Eligible entrants may be asked to provide proof of service in the U.S. military. If the recipient is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected from the pool of eligible entries received during the Nomination Period.

PRIZE(S): The prize will be based on the size of the winner’s roof. The winner will receive an eight-panel solar system (installation included) with a retail value of $11,160. No substitutions or cash redemptions. The prize is awarded “as is.”

USE OF DATA. Penguin Home Solutions Inc. will be collecting personal data about entrants for internal use only. The information collected will be used to determine the eligibility of the nominee. Penguin Home Solutions Inc. will never share, redistribute, or sell the information given by any entrant to any 3rd parties, or use information gathered for any purpose other than those explicitly stated above. Entrant may be added to a digital mailing list to receive periodic communications from Penguin Home Solutions Inc. Entrant may elect to opt-out at any time for any and all future mailings.
